I'm here too... just haven't had much to say.
It's been getting up to 90F or so lately, so I've had to throttle my systems back a bit to keep the temperatures acceptable. Still, it's not too bad for June and we still haven't hit 100 yet. - D |

Good Morning MOT! :)
----------------------------------------Will have to take my computers "offline" for a few days. The cable company is coming to my new place on Monday to hook up my cable TV and modem. (I got an insane number of channels..) Will turn them back on Saturday.. and of course have a few days of work units loaded.. :) So not much wasted time.. Dr. Mike.. ![]() |

Good Morning all.
---------------------------------------- Dave you doing OK?I had a 1TB segate drive go bad on me and for the life of me cannot figure out just what the problem was/is. I think it is in error recovery a lot. I finally reformatted it and it was taking way too long on a I7860/Win7 so I moved it off to a Dual core P4 (one I had shut down due to the air-conditioning bill). The format took about 30 hours. The replacement (2TB Western Digital) should be here later today. It is their "Green" drive. I got the green (slower - less power consumtive) because it will be used exclusively to backup files over our home network. Dr. Mike good planning there. ![]() Edit>Clarification ---------------------------------------- [Edit 1 times, last edit by RT at Jun 3, 2010 1:59:01 PM] |

Good Morning all.
I hope all goes well with the move Dr. Mike RT -- I've lost a couple of 1 TB drives in the past -- pain in the @$$! |
