Hello,
I see the following: - My Statistics page, about halfway down: Device Installations: 2 - When I click on the Device Installations link there: only 1 device is shown! - Device Statistics: 1 device shown - Device Manager: 2 are shown! - Results Status/Device Name drop down: 2 shown, and *valid* results appear in the list for both devices. The Device that is sometimes missing was registered on 26 Apr, more than 24 hrs ago, and reported at least 3 'valid' results. Maybe I should wait more, but even then: what is shown is not really consistent anyway. Any clue? Tnx, CeSinge |

They only reason I can think off why you don't see the host under My Statistics > Device Statistics is that the totals there only get updated 2 times a day and only devices will list there that had valid returned results at the last 12 hourly update. The Result Status page is real-time as is the Device Manager as else you'd not be able to associate a new device to one of the profiles.
----------------------------------------edit: It so happened I created a device after a failed OS install and pulled one result, that is now in limbo. It's not listed in the My Statistics > Device Statistics even if the filter is expanded to anytime/anytime.

It indeed takes some time to show up (36+ hrs in this case), but my point is more about the inconsistency on the website itself.
It just doesn't make sense to have 'Number of devices: 2', and when you click on the 2, only one device is shown. But maybe you guys are very creative and can come up with a very good explanation that would make sense... ![]() |

Don't think it's worth to get over-creative and exerted on the matter. I got 23 devices shown but see only 3 on my Device Statistics page... LoL
----------------------------------------Got screenshots where 2 respectively 1 is shown (links don't help as we cannot see your data)... really can't think of a place where one can click on the device number. And, don't fall whilst sticking out your tongue... :O)
