It's entirely unclear why, but instead of a Known Issues message with global sticky announcing this on all forums, got a mail that somehow ended in the junk box to say that there is unscheduled 8 hour maintenance, anticipated to end on 00:00:01 UTC April 2, 2010. Members are requested to return all their completed tasks before 16:00 UTC today to reduce the number of results stuck in Pending Validation aka PV Jail and in the interim size-down their cache/buffer to the absolute minimum. This will speed up the completion of the database indexing, so any additional work that might get finished prior to 00:00 UTC, April 2, 2010 can still be reported today if this maintenance finishes earlier than anticipated.
