Yesterday, in most parts of Europe (and maybe also in the rest of the world) the clock time has been adjusted to the daylight saving time (summer time). This has now the effect, that the time of the forum is one hour late to the actual time.
----------------------------------------I have looked at the forum setting for a function like "adjust daylight saving time automatically" or something similar. But my search was not successfull. Is there any function like that, or is my only chance to set my timezone to UTC+2 instead of UTC+1? [Edit 2 times, last edit by Former Member at Mar 31, 2010 5:02:57 PM] |

The only forum settings you can infliuence are those behind that option up top of all forum pages... My forum profile. Thinking you are in the same time slot as I am, mine are GMT+1 hours... Berlin, Bruxelles etc. Since GMT is UTC, you need during CEST to set it to 2 hours east of GMT... no automated adaption.

That's what I thought... Well never mind, I can live with that, that I have to adjust my time zone twice a year...
I just now wanted to do so, but.... The error message is: Error executing SQL in MemberDAOImplJDBC.update. Seems, that there is a little bug in the software... ![]() |

totto73,
The updated forum software stores your single quotes using the HTML escape sequence ' This is causing the 'country' entry to exceed the database width of 70 characters. The following will allow you to save your entry: 50° 19' 44"N 8° 45' 11"E (1st flr, right hand app) |
