Re: problematic batches? <error_code>-1282</error_code>

Hi Guys
All doesn't appear to be OK - had three of these yesterday, all on W7 64 OC'd i7's (3.6) with 6/12Gb - 2 different PCs

Result Name: ts06_ b006_ pr56b0_ 3--

<core_client_version>6.2.28</core_client_version>
<![CDATA[

wcg_dddt2_charmm_ 00B15D6E Unknown Unknown Unknown

Stack trace terminated abnormally.

</stderr_txt>

All instances, wingman also same error - now out again - be interesting to see if they get a result.

I have also had an 'A' WU that was out to 7 and all were errors - I assume that this was a real rogue.

It seems that all WUs errored out immediately (0.00 runtime), so there was no impact for us crunchers. This is just for reference to the techs.

Seen this 1282 and a new one not recollecting having seen before. 2 tasks had a 1282, my task as a repair job the below. NOTE: This is a 'pe' having this!!!!!

Result Log

Result Name: ts01_ a442_ pe0000_ 3--
<core_client_version>6.10.43</core_client_version>

I have suspicions about the 6.10.43 and 6.10.45 clients. Seeing again lost elapsed time when not incurring lost CPU time, subsequent to power outs [was in a frequent blip zone for a week]

Re: problematic batches? <error_code>-1282</error_code>

Yes, the errors seem to have varied failure reports. FYI, the following:
First WU result with 3 errors
Client version 6.2.28 Exit code 29 (mine)
Client version 6.2.28 Exit code 1282
Client version 6.2.28 Exit code 29

Second WU resilut with 3 errors
Client version 6.2.28 Exit code 29 (mine)
Client version 6.10.45 Exit code 1282
Client version 6.10.17 Exit code 1282

AND THIS IS A WINGMAN ERROR:- different again!!
Result Name: ts06_ b006_ pr56b0_ 0--

<core_client_version>6.2.28</core_client_version>

So it looks as though there are various suspect clients, not just the two you listed Sekerob......

Re: problematic batches? <error_code>-1282</error_code>

6.2.28 is solid so no doubts those error variations are real due to different fail states. Just not trusting 6.10 in it's latest incarnations, lest you also had lost elapsed time, which feature does not exist in 6.2.28.

Re: problematic batches? <error_code>-1282</error_code>

FYI on ts01 a339 pe0000 the first 4 to receive the work unit all failed but we are alternating error codes

0 exit 24
1 exit 1282 (me)
2 exit 24
3 exit 1282
4 pending validation

Its been a long time since I have had a work unit error on me the last one was a beta unit.

Re: problematic batches? <error_code>-1282</error_code>

I've had another two exit code 29 errors on pr WU's in the last day and another pr WU will be 'on the tee' in a few minutes, no doubt destined for the rough, rather than the fairway!!!

I'm beginning to wonder if DDDT is simply too toxic to bother with at the moment.

Re: problematic batches? <error_code>-1282</error_code>

It's still research... some experiment mixes are causing an "out of bounds" to stick to the golf terms. Then tee up again, for 3 and do a Phil Mickelson.

Re: problematic batches? <error_code>-1282</error_code>

As anticipated, the last pr WU sped off into the wide blue yonder in 0.01 of a second........... and took exit 29.....!!!!!
