Good morning everyone. I just woke up to watch Cedric finnish cleaning in the living room and kitchen. I wonder if Zelda is doing the same for DM. Hey Dave! Zelda is dead. Battery will not hold a charge. Zelda could not keep up with two big dogs losing their winter coat now anyway. Raining here. It's a really nice spring this year. I hope the heat stays at bay. ![]() I need them arranged like a center and four linemen ... little dog and the cat are losing their dense winter undercoat. What better argument for my Great Dane and no undercoat? This too shall pass.@RT: Great job and big numbers!! ![]() ![]() |

There are a lot of committed crunchers here and there's no question that RT is one of them. It's not just his hitting 40 million points. He's averaging 105,852 points a day. That works out to 38,635,980 points just this year. He'll bascially do in this year alone all of what he did prior to this year. Now, the Texas summer is usually quite warm to say the least. Triple digit highs are commonplace from mid-July to early September. A nighttime low below 90 is a cool night. Even if you assume no crunching at all for a sixty day period during that heat, RT will still do well over 32 million points this year. It's hard to not be jealous! Unbelievable crunching!Thank You very much for the kind words. I hope to keep most of the computers up and running over the summer. I just took apart a big old full tower Dell with a 1000w power supply and a big video card. I rebuilt it in a Coolermaster case with an Earthwatts (High efficiency) Power supply and a minimalist video card. Cut the power consumption to less than half what it was. In addition I am having my air-conditioning system upgraded later this week to get higher efficiency. I set myself a goal this year of averaging 100,000 points a day. I am a little ahead of schedule as you pointed out. That will hopefully get me through the summer without my average going below 100,000 (or at least let me make it up in the fall). By sometime today I should reach a total of 50,000,000 WCG points (counting non-MOT RT and Windmillman76043 points). I am indeed very fortunate to still be among the living and to be able to put some computer time to the really great causes here at WCG. I believe that each person here is just as important as we all do what we can. I believe that our captian deserves the most credit as he spends a good deal of time each and every day for the team and for WCG. Not forgetting our Community Advisors either as they also give of their time. Kind regards to everyone and have a GREAT day! Dittos and Dittos |

.................................CONGRATULATIONS RT ON REACHING 40,000,000 MOT POINTS !!!............................... What a great number 40 Mio. Congratulations I am dreaming about this score ![]() Keep on in that way that we can celebrate the next big milestones in a couple of weeks ![]() Thank You!. I love your country. We spent a week in Kitzbuhel one year and several hours trying to get down the Hahnenkamm without breaking something (That thing is just down right scary). Ended up drinking hot chocolate and watching my wife and kids ski since I had a "kaputt" knee thanks to a section of the aformentioned Hahnenkamm. Good memories. Beautiful Country.I have been one time in Kitzbühl and I realy enjoyed it too, but this only one beatiful place for skiing in Austria. I think Kitzbühl is the most famous place, because of the famous "Hahnenkamm" Race in the downholl championship, and I think also for the "semi" professionals as we are one a the most challanging places (Nevertheless you can also vist exciting places accept places in the alps )I try to ski every year to enjoy the sports and of course the after ski parties ("Apreski ) |
