Re: What Projects are you crunching here at WCG

Just finished 3 yrs for C4CW so am leaving it to the badge hunters. I'm shooting for 3yrs for HFCC; I think I have time to get there. I run some CEP2 on one machine, as I know there are many crunchers who can't run it at all.

Other than that, I'm trying to make headway on the newer projects: CFSW, SN2S, GFAM, and DSFL. This progress will get slower as I'm having to reduce working cores due to summer heat.

I was full steam ahead crunching HCC and C4CW (chasing after the ruby), but since DDDT2 become active again for a while, I'm throwing everything I got at DDDT2... wonder how long it will last? biggrin

I got diverted to DDDT2, too! Will be back trying to finish 4th years on HFCC and C4CW with the DDDT2 rain dries up.

Re: What Projects are you crunching here at WCG

Currently, 2 cores are slowly budging my C4CW badge up to Emerald (just under 60 days to go), whilst my other 2 cores are plodding away on the VINA projects - firstly, GFAM (so as to get my Gold badge - literally only a few days away), then DSFL (Gold to Ruby) until SN2S comes back - where I'll be upping that from Bronze to Gold. After that, I'll continue progressing each of the VINA projects up to Emerald. Meanwhile, as soon as I've got my Emerald for C4CW, I'll be moving those two cores onto CFSW so as to raise that from Bronze to (initially) Gold and then Emerald.

I did think at one stage about raising my HCC from Emerald to Sapphire, but then, what with Zero Redundancy coming into the equation on the VINA projects, as well as the speed up on CFSW, that scuppered that idea...

I am going for sapphire on HCMD2 (11 calendar days), then over to HFCC for blue (12 calendar days), then either HCC or CFSW. While working on HCC and CFSW, I will run CEP2 at the one per machine rate in order to plink my way to sapphire on that also. I look upon CEP2 as a very long term project.

After I crunch through my still full buckets of dddt2 rain, I'll go back to SN2S.
