On the Subject page, the incorrect operator is indicated.
----------------------------------------i.e. BOTH picklists must be set to "anytime (all devices)" for it to show all devices, so the correct operator would be AND, not 'or'. e.g. When the With Result(s) Returned picklist is set to "anytime (all devices), and the Installed/Registered Device is set to "in the last 7 days" I get 0 devices displayed. See attached.  Proposed resolution - change "or With Result(s) Returned" to "and With Result(s) Returned" on the http://www.worldcommunitygrid.org/ms/device/viewDevices.do page.
