Merging results of Fight Aids at home with other studies

I have found by accident anb article about very similar study performed by diffewrent team and software. Is there possibility to reuse each other results and either confirm some data or speed up experiment?

An article:
http://docking.org/?q=node/42

"This IBMR Redpaper publication presents a virtual screening study of
the DOCK Version 6.0 molecular docking software package on a massively parallel system, the IBM System Blue GeneR supercomputer, Blue Gene/L.1 Virtual screening of very large libraries of small ligands
requires not only efficient algorithms but an efficient implementation
for docking thousands, if not millions, of compounds simultaneously in a reasonable amount of time."

The interesting thing was, that they used the same ZINC database with
HIV-1 tests. Do you think you could exchange some data to speed up
your research or to validate results?

Interesting article. Shame we can not have Blue Gene work for Boinc for a couple days!

Blue Gene: Wiki is a bit confusing, but it seems it gets peaks at 478.2 TFlops
WCG: According to Sekerobs charts: 381.4 TFlops currently.

It would be nice in theory, until you hear the howling of those needing/wanting some badges...

Back on topic: Maybe the scientists can tell us if they use other research programs as input for here, or if they know of other projects that use their output as their input.

Flop and Flops are 2 different measures. The 381.4 is sans S, lest you see one.

Not yet used by anyone AFAIK. For beginners, there's already 3 months anticipated to analyze our output before anything... see recent posts by the scientist.

edit: ah yes, this is FAAH project... FAIK there's lots of collaboration on past experiments and future planned.
