American calendar date? [RESOLVED - My bad]

Why did you convert calendar dates to an American format? The previous format was more widely used crying

Re: American calendar date?

FAIK WCG took quite a bit of effort of getting the browser to show dates per local settings, so whatever you see as a sudden change may be something to do with you having gone to FFX 3.6, if you did? If you post a screenshot we might be able to tell what localization is causing your change of view.

Edit: This is what I see for example when looking at the Stats:

Statistics Last Updated: 28-1-10 12:06:02 (UTC) [3 hour(s) ago]

which is day, month, year, exactly matching my OS settings.

Re: American calendar date?

No idea why it is, just that I know that both IE8 and FFX 3.6 on W7 show the identical date formating for me. Here the copy paste from IE8:

Re: American calendar date?

Found the problem. I had downloaded English (US) version of FF (long story). English (British) seems to be working.
