I don't like to launch stones at this subject, but I agree 100% with Sekerob, based on my life experience.

I lost my mother to cancer many years ago, after her fight of almost ten years against cancer. And at the end of her fight, I saw my mother willing to probe any medicines destinated or with a simple promise to cure her suffering. Was a sad experience for anyone.

In Brazil, due the strong native indian cultural heritage that we have across the country, many times reaching places across all South America, we offen saw at street markets (in any city of South America is possible find it !) some wise people selling miraculous herbs, powders, and mixed portions (and so on) prepared to cure many diseases.

And, this kind of "medicines" have cative customers which many times are desperates people, without hope to cure serious diseases.

The message from sellers of this herbs and medicines ever is the same: it will help you feel better and probably will bring you the cure for your disease... a hope words that any hopeless people love listen...

So, many hopeless people that fight daily against cancer or other diseases (manytimes just fighting against a simple headake problem ) bought this "magic" popular medicines, but at end of day the problem continues...

Some plants/herbs producing valorous medicines wich really have active principles to attack diseases, and the popular culture bring it to us all time, but we are far from know what is better or no (in Brazil there are many Universities, companies and Researches Centres that are working to determine what main plants/herbs have real valor to science in many areas, mainly for new medicines, but there are million of botanic species to research in many possibles ways, so is a hard work that will lasting more time than our lifes !).

I guess that the same situation happens in many world countries, and probably the most known example could be the famous Chinese popular medicines based on mixes of herbs, minerals, animals parts, etc.

So, is very hard to me just believe on that... but I hope that with time and serious studies, the science will probe which is good or not...

OK, after I've read the publications I fully agree.

What about the nanodiamands? It is patented in Russia, It was tested to humans and it worked. Doctors in Greece, USA and Russia and work in team in order to develop this medicine .

I know that you have more knowledge - that's why I asked for yours opinion.
