How To Add My PS3 To My Team?

I tried adding the team ID number but I'm not sure if that works. I used mikesinner as my name on the PS3 but I don't think it's adding my work units.

You should try adding your PS3 to folding@home or PS3Grid.org project. As Joe said, no WCG for the PS3.

As said by the others, the WCG currently does not support PS3 or graphics card processing. I have asked that this be moved to BOINC Support which is more appropriate for the topic.

You can add gaming systems to your team? How does this work? (I know PS3 can't be added by the replys to this thread, but will it work with any other device [ie Wii, iPod Touch, Nintendo DSi?])

Nope. PS3 is the only one that can crunch and only in two projects mentioned earlier.

You can't install an OS anymore. Sony released a required firmware update that wipes any OS install and prevents any new ones. You can forgo the update, but doing so denies you access to the Playstation network, Netflix streaming, etc. It really sucks.
