So, just a note on the front page (or anywhere, if we know where to check) would be fine with me.
I mean I assume it's not a problem from my end, since I'm able to post here about it.
And I have enough extra work cached to make it another half-a-day, anyway...
it just makes us wonder if anyone is tending the server farm, so to speak, when it goes offline for 5+ hours without warning.

See note on Outage by knreed. ALL was down, so you would not have been able to see anything other than the messages in the client log.

There are several 3rd party sites such as this one http://www.boincsynergy.com/ having it in the left margin http://www.esea.dk/esea/boincschedulers.php that check up frequently... so if WCG is down you can look there... where WCG shows as online :D
