----------------------------------------My apologize, an english translation will come pretty soon, thanks to JmBoullier. Le Téléthon se consacre à la promotion et au combat contre les dystrophies musculaires - entre autres - depuis 22 ans en France, et se déroulera les 4 et 5 décembre 2009, et sera retransmis en direct sur deux chaînes Françaises. De nombreuses manifestations seront effectuées dans toute la France. Avec le succès de la premiere phase, le Telethon est susceptible cette année de promouvoir HCMD 2 et le principe du calcul partagé. Je vous invite donc tous à rejoindre le Challenge Telethon 2009, qui se déroulera durant le week-end du 4 au 6 décembre et qui portera sur le projet HCMD - Phase 2. http://www.worldcommunitygrid.org/team/challe...lenge.do?challengeId=3098 Avec un peu de chance et une participation massive, le challenge sera l'occasion de promouvoir le calcul partagé pour de nouvelles personnes pendant la manifestation et peut-être aussi pendant l'émission, et les inviter à rejoindre la WCG pour faire avancer la recherche ! The 23rd French Telethon will take place on December 4 and 5 to collect funds to support research against muscular dystrophies and to help families hit by these diseases.
----------------------------------------30 hours of dedicated programs will be broadcast by 2 TV channels while thousands of local events will take place all over the country. After the success of the phase 1 of HCMD it is possible that the Telethon will promote HCMD phase 2 and grid computing. All teams are invited to enroll in challenge Telethon 2009 which will run from December 4 00:00 to December 6 23:59 UTC on HCMD phase 2 results. With some luck and a massive contribution this challenge will be an opportunity to promote grid computing during the local events and maybe also during the TV broadcast, and to invite new members to join WCG for helping Research.
