Can't add WCG project to my host (resolved)

Can't add WCG project to my host

I tried all day long (sunday 15th), on 3 of my PCs, connected to 2 different nets...

Am I the only one ?

What's your OS, client version, and firewall/antivirus? Please post your entire message log also.

2 different OS on 3 hosts: Win XP SP3 32bit - Win VISTA 64bit

2 different router and 2 different nets (2 different towns)

no firewall, no antivirus, no peer guardian (all disabled)

client version 6.6.20 (VISTA) 6.10.18 (XP)

message when I try to connect: it is in italian but it is something similar to "there was an error, look at the messages"

message log: fetching configuration file from ww.wordcommunitygrid.org/get_project_config.php
...no more messages

something strange: connection wizard doesn't ask me if I'm new or old (new account or already registered) confused

OK, I apologize, was my fault

I did not remember that with WCG you have to write your account nickname and not your account email-address (as for all other projects)

now I'm ready for the challenge biggrin
