HFCC_t1 vs HFCC_s1

I noticed that my HFCC work units transitions from t1 to s1.

What is the difference?

Re: HFCC_t1 vs HFCC_s1

From the research page, ...the project's researchers are using computational methods to identify new candidate drugs that have the right shape and chemical characteristics to block three proteins - TrkB, ALK and SCxx ...

The t1 work units are for the TrkB protein, which we have been working on since the beginning. So I presume the s1 work units are now working on the SCxx protein.

That would be great. Potentially 33% done.

I wonder if we will get an official confirmation?

I did just pick up another t1 that looks to have failed so maybe when they are all complete.

The initial S1 I have gotten appear to take about 30% less time.

Potentially 33% done.

According to Sekerob's chart, it's more like 26% done currently. I second your request for an "official" statement on the status. wink

Martin

Re: HFCC_t1 vs HFCC_s1

So are we trying to find one drug that will block all three proteins at once? That has to be an extreme long shot, but the reason we have a job to find it.
