A) Probably not - after all, the expected project completion dates can (and do) move with wide fluctuations, thus, it's simply a case of bookmarking the excellent charts Sekerob produces (see here and here ).

B) This has been asked many-a-time (try performing a search for "Project" "Prioritisation"), and the techs have advised that there's nothing planned - basically, due to the enormous complexities behind the scenes that we, as crunchers, don't see. As I'm sure you're already aware of, there is a rudamentory method of prioritising projects, although it does mean a bit of work on our part (otherwise, how could people target certain badges).
