Hi,

it would be nice to get an overview on the web pages about the number of allready processed proteins and the number of outstanding proteins.

I definitely agree. Being able to track the overall status of any and all ongoing projects would be great.

It might also be interesting to have a web page that identifies how many systems (quantity not by id or user or ip) that have worked on the same protine and if they came to the same conclusions... seeing how many times the protines are re-examined might be intersting.... as well as shortest amount of wall clock time and longest amount of wall clock time to complete... just some intersting stuff to see... and compare
