Nothing strange. The first validation on Rice is when 10 results are in. In this case 9 were found not invalid and one error. So the 9 not conclusively valid got the inconclusive marker. Then when number 11 came in another validation was attempted and succeeded. Minimum quorum 10 as noted in the result header.
----------------------------------------As for inconclusive. Sometime in the future that should get a different status marker, something along the line of "pending revalidation". edit: spelling and emphasis

well it was a beta work unit.. and sometimes they go strange.. that is of corse why they are testing them in beta to make sure everything is ok before they release them to the grid
