Scheduler Request Failed

I tried to access using BOINC Mgr 6.4.4 under Mandriva Linux with no success. I keep getting the following:
Project communication failed: attempting access to reference site
Internet access OK - project servers may be temporarily down
Scheduler request failed: Problem with the SSL CA cert (path? access rights?)

What do I do now?
