What do you want from a widget? (My Space, Facebook, email, anywhere...)

The WCG widget has severe limitations on where it can be used. Imagine you could use a widget anywhere. What information would you want it to show?

What should it look like?

What about asking the user to publish their user (or even the global) stats milestones? And option to publish member news (e.g. new project) to their homepage.

For instance, I play FarmVille on Facebook (go ahead and laugh). And it asks me to publish to my homepage when I reach a new milestone (Jeff's moving up in Farmville!). My facebook friends who subscribe to my status updates see this, and I've had people join Farmville and request to be my neighbor just from my status updates.

I already used the widget to suggest it to friends, but this is another way to raise awareness.

Great minds.... I already thought of the milestone feature. The new project part is new, though.... I'm not sure what the best way to do that is.

Imagine a lot of your friends are using WCG. It would be annoying if you had dozens of identical announcements. I'm sure there is a way around this.....
