576kpbs NOT 56!

when I installed I put 56kbps instead of 576 as I now have broadband.

Anybody tell me how to reset without reinstalling, or will I be up there anyway?

Re: 576kpbs NOT 56!

Here is the way to change the connection speed of your device profile. Go to 'My Grid' and click on 'Device Manager' on the left list. This will bring up a list of Device Names (computers that you have registered). Click on the Device that you want to change. This will bring up the information that you have entered for that computer. The Connection Speed is shown in a drop-down menu. Choose another connection type, such as DSL or cable modem, from the menu and then click on save.

All done!
