no its not ethical
----------------------------------------straight out you are installin a program that will use badwith and computer speed without the owners permision. you are also costing power for them and depending on how its installed and run.. some internet cafe's charge by data sentand recieverd so you could be chagring someone else money too in any case its wrong  |
