Hola Nix  how are you , good heheheHola Jean Pierre.  I'm still crunching away up here in Los Angeles. I haven't posted in the chat area for quite awhile.I checked my plot of monthly rankings over the past 5 years and it looks like I've hit an asymptote on CPU ranking and may never reach the 2000 marker with my current setup of 3 rigs with 8 cores total. I'll stop advancing somewhere in the 2000's. That just means that there are between 2000 and 3000 crunchers puttin' in more than the 8 CPU days per day that I am. That's good news for WCG. Cheers   |

22 days for 15 positions to 580, not bad... A minor setback with one cruncher, a HD is toast. Hopefully this weekend, I'll rebuild. Wow, a MONTH to get to 575... Really should have rebuilt that one... have all the parts to upgrade to a 3770K as well... Motherboard and cpu are in, power supply and HD next, oh and new radeon GPU.  |

On 9-1-2006 I was at #276 for Points Generated. It was downhill from there until I hit #5734 on 9-6-2010. I have finally fought back to #276 which I gained today. Woo Hoo!

In the Yesterday ranking I made my best score ever with 7th.

In my 12th April 2012 post I was at 55th rank, the best for last winter. Temperatures started to be much too mild and I had to begin stopping my rigs because of heat issues. As you know I use in my very small basement room corner only external air cooling, I refuse to use more energy to destroy the heat produced. This for me sounds absurd.
----------------------------------------So I started to go down in the ranks up to 68th or so by October. Then temperatures started to go down and I started firing up again my solar system planets one by one. Today after a frenetic GPU crunching session I am just back at 55th. Only a little over than a half of the solar system is in orbit. Let's see what will be the best rank that I will be able to achieve this winter. I hope to enter the Top 50 club, but cross fingers you never know  Will post again somewhere between now and March or April  |

Wow I am jealous of all your wonderful scores!
----------------------------------------I only have a couple mediocre cards which is boosting my scores, but i'm still back up to 585 from 575 my best. If there were more GPU projects in the works, I would make a really nice card happen. Time will tell. |
