With this evenings update I've reached the Emerald badge. In about 16 days I should be able to receive Sapphire.

Trying to reach saphire on HPF2, HFCC and HCMD2 at about same time . Should reach it in about 15 days. Congrads to rillian and Sander1974! Not much "talk" going on in the forums but then again no real news from WCG BOINC recently. Perhaps a new project or part 2 or both will come out soon, then we will have lots to discuss.

After way too much effort than my poor little computers should have to do I've finally managed to get one of my badges changed over to that pretty blue color
----------------------------------------  . Who knows, if the project end dates stay far enough out, no new projects come along to distract me, and if I can get everything else upgraded from either gold or ruby to emerald - then perhaps I can make another run at a different sapphire badge. Until then I'll just have to be satisfied with my one lone badge (which I am as I know the effort that went into it). Regardless, I'm quite happy to have done this & hopefully my time will make a difference somewhere down the road.  |
