New badge colors

First off thank you for the new badges. While my little computers have little chance of crunching to multiple sapphire levels, it is nice to have something beyond the 90 day threshold to aim at.

My issue though is with the coloring of the new badges. Would it be possible to make the emerald & ruby slightly more vibrant/brighter. I'm red-green colorblind* and I'm having a tough time, when they are next to each other, telling the difference between the ruby/emerald/bronze badges (either hovering with the mouse or getting within an inch or two of the screen). There is no need to make everything a garish neon, but a slight movement along the scale in that direction would be appreciated.

Thanks

*I can see reds & greens, I just have a tough time telling the two apart when they are together (if you were to throw an apple out onto the lawn I would have a tough time finding it just by looking from a distance). My wife is always complaining that the only autumn pictures that I take are of the yellow trees tongue . From a distance the red trees blend in with the green trees to become a sort of muddled brown.

Re: New badge colors

If colors are hard to tell apart, being color blind, the number of days or years IS in the rollover of the badge now.

It must be something about America. Our coins do not have any numbers of denomination on them either. Everything is written out: ONE CENT, FIVE CENTS, ONE DIME (from the old disme), and QUARTER DOLLAR. HALF DOLLARS are a bit rare these days. The Quarter is from two bits, a bit being an eighth of the old Spanish Dollar (also known as the piece of eight, the real de a ocho or the eight-real coin). The coins were sometimes physically cut into half, quarter or eighth part bits to make change.
