FAAH makes already use of the highly optimized AutoDock engine. Since the computations are all dual precision floating point, they'll run anyhow in 32 bit, so compiling for 64 bit OS has no gains. If FAAH gets coded for the GPU version of AutoDock I don't know, nor have any idea where the scientists stand on that. Don't break what's highly reliable is the credo.
----------------------------------------To Tedi, plz move this to the FAAH support forum thanks edit: spelling
