Stuck on "Download"

When I open World Community Grid - BOINC Manager. I find that t has been stuck at "Downloading" for hours. When I hover over the BOINC icon in the systray it indicates "Computation is Suspended". Is there some action I can take to restore the downloads?

For a start bobbo, I'd recommending restarting your computer and modem, and if it's still 'playing up', posting your BOINC start-up messages here so that we can see what's going on...
