Thanks Gerald. Hope it all works out with the GPU. Actually the weather is fantastic here. I just seriously exceeded my electrical "allowance" this month messing around with AQUA. I chose my 10 million credit milestone as a good spot to shut down. Not only was it a picture-perfect day, I had a neighbour up the road drop by with a pint of fresh, homemade, strawberry ice cream. Strawberries out of her garden and made with half and half not milk. It was so darn good I almost ate the container too. ![]() *CIH-edited for profanity What profanity? Is my vocabulary of slurs smaller than CIH's? Was it, perhaps, a "darn" shame? I always forget that one counts. We all make mistakes Jonathan.. Dr. Mike It isn't a term I would expect a Humanist to have to deal with often |

I've received quite a few beta work units over the last couple of days. All have a deadline of 6/14, so i'm guessing no more after that date? (of the hcmd2 ones that is..)

There's at least a few more. I got one today due 6/15, but it ran for less than 2 hours. There are always a few sent out later due to work units that are inconclusive, errored, aborted or simply never had a result sent back. Now if I could just find a way to get a few more ... It's been 4 years and after all this time only 4 days worth of beta work units. I'm just 10 years away from getting my bronze badge. - D |

We all make mistakes Jonathan.. Dr. Mike Not a mistake ... just job security for CIH. *Darn, more work for them tonight. *** AQUA increased its GPU usage today. In doing so they killed off the 8500GT and other older cards. The frame refresh rate is now too slow to use it. Another missed opportuity. *** Another nice day today. Spring has a lock on us for 3 more days. Then the heat starts. G'Evening MOT. ![]() *edited for profanity - CIH ![]() [Edit 1 times, last edit by Former Member at Jun 15, 2009 2:06:37 PM] |

Spring has a lock on us for 3 more days. Then the heat starts. G'Evening MOT. ![]() I'm running an AQUA cuda wu right now. It's 3.26. I had a few 3.25's and they would crash about a half a second after they started. With these 3.26's, my card is running as hot as GPUGRID and everything on my screen scrolls very choppy. It's annoying. I can't even type without seeing how choppy it is. I won't be able to fight my war in the other forum if my video is doing this. This better be worth some points, or it's back to GPUGRID. [edit] I forgot to put the word *darn in here. *edited for profanity - CIH
