Re: smilesmile Join "MyOnlineTeam" Today - Chapter 36 smilesmile

Good Morning Team! I have an appointment this morning with my Prosthetist. Hopefully I will come home with my new leg and brace for the other ankle. My old leg has not fit me since my hospitalization about a year ago, so today is exciting!

Good luck Dave!

Good Luck Dave! I hope it fits perfectly. peace

Thanks guys. Both fit pretty well. A couple of spots may need follow-up work, but I need to wear them for a bit to see if it is just me or if they really do need a bit of work. It was nice to get something on that fits -- that is for sure. Now I need to get some exercise so I can actually use them!
That's good news. Next you'll be running marathons and climbing El Capitan in no time. smile

I could use a hand moving some boxes next week...

Marathons and mountain climbing are definitely out due to my emphysema. Boxes might be doable in the future, especially if they are empty! biggrin

Good luck Dave--is it still cool up there?

Thanks, Gerald. Yep -- high of 60 today!

@Gerald: How's that GT260 doing? Keep us posted.

I got 4 units yesterday they all errored out and 4 today one has errored and i guess we can only get 4 per day--running 0.17cpu--maybe something is set wrong.i hope i can figure it out its rather disappointing being i set this computer up to run this-------------AMD Phenom IIx4 940 3GHZ --Gigabyte GA-MA790FX-UD5P--2gigs corsair PC2-6400

You're not running AQUA are you? That's probably the problem. If you're running GPU GRid, I'm using boinc version 6.3.21 and nvidia driver 181.2 and running stable for a few months.

Using 6.6.31 driver185.85--GPU Grid

Try to uninstall the NVIDA driver, reboot, then reinstall.

I found out the hard way that when you install a new NVIDIA driver over an old driver, not all the old driver files get updated. The one sure way was to do it the way I just mentioned.

Hope this helps! :)

I just took your advice and got 4 new units we will see whay happens--thanks for all help--Dataman maybe it will cool off some or set to run at night

Re: smilesmile Join "MyOnlineTeam" Today - Chapter 36 smilesmile

Thanks Gerald. Hope it all works out with the GPU. Actually the weather is fantastic here. I just seriously exceeded my electrical "allowance" this month messing around with AQUA. I chose my 10 million credit milestone as a good spot to shut down.

Not only was it a picture-perfect day, I had a neighbour up the road drop by with a pint of fresh, homemade, strawberry ice cream. Strawberries out of her garden and made with half and half not milk. It was so darn good I almost ate the container too. biggrin

What profanity? Is my vocabulary of slurs smaller than CIH's?

Was it, perhaps, a "darn" shame?
