@Gerald: How's that GT260 doing? Keep us posted.

I got 4 units yesterday they all errored out and 4 today one has errored and i guess we can only get 4 per day--running 0.17cpu--maybe something is set wrong.i hope i can figure it out its rather disappointing being i set this computer up to run this-------------AMD Phenom IIx4 940 3GHZ --Gigabyte GA-MA790FX-UD5P--2gigs corsair PC2-6400

You're not running AQUA are you? That's probably the problem. If you're running GPU GRid, I'm using boinc version 6.3.21 and nvidia driver 181.2 and running stable for a few months.

Dr. Mike..

I had 2 this morning, but my stats now show 5. They must have pumped a few out there. Wish they would send out enough that I could get my bronze!

Re: smilesmile Join "MyOnlineTeam" Today - Chapter 36 smilesmile

I was running BOINC 6.6.31 and all was going well until I rebooted my computer. Then the manager wouldn't talk to the client anymore. All of my wu's finished and they couldn't report, so I rolled it back to 6.6.20.
So, my computer sat idle most of the day. It probably enjoyed the break, though. laughing
Sure do miss those big payoff's with AQUA.

[edit] we are at 197 now, most likely 196 tomorrow...

Re: smilesmile Join "MyOnlineTeam" Today - Chapter 36 smilesmile

Oh I just died when I saw this:

Package Progress
Location Date Local Time Description
HAPEVILLE,
GA, US 06/10/2009 8:35 P.M. ARRIVAL SCAN
ROSWELL,
GA, US 06/10/2009 8:30 P.M. DEPARTURE SCAN

That's from the UPS package tracking site. Roswell is an Atlanta suburb due north of town. Hapeville is about 60 miles or so due south on the other side of town down by the airport. 60 miles in five minutes works out to 720 miles per hour. Don't know if that was a bobtail or a semi but it must be a rush to drive it on the Atlanta freeways. Here I thought the fun was on the salt flats out in Bonneville! How about that. My laptop can lay claim to having survived supersonic travel.

Re: smilesmile Join "MyOnlineTeam" Today - Chapter 36 smilesmile

Thank you guys for the kind comments about me, my job and my love for children. It's much appreciated..

I don't see myself though as doing or being anything special. Just very lucky.. wink

Dr. Mike

Hey, at the end of the day, what you do could make a real difference in a life. After spending 21 years pushing electrons around, I wonder what difference any of it really made.

Re: smilesmile Join "MyOnlineTeam" Today - Chapter 36 smilesmile

I don't have SLI enabled on anything so I haven't had a chance to try this.
If someone had SLI set up on a pair of GTX 260 cards, would GPUGRID treat that as one card?
I'm thinking about buying another mobo just to play around with SLI, but I was hoping someone would have an answer to this. smile
