Can't find it in the add project list.

When your client is connected to http://www.worldcommunitygrid.org/ you're ready for all WCG projects. Just go to My Grid > My Projects to pick the ones you like or leave the All Projects box ticked to get a random selection of work.

Yes, but when I go to select a project such as chess, aids, einstein, etc. muscular dystrophy is not listed.

That's because as said and link provided by petehardy, you have to go to My Grid > My Projects to choose from any of the WCG projects.
