How do I find out what protein my machine is currently working on? I see the pretty picture, but what protein is it?

I know what a protein is, and I know what Rosetta is. What I would like to know is what particular protein the UD client is currently working on.

I know what a protein is, and I know what Rosetta is. What I would like to know is what particular protein the UD client is currently working on. Joel I don't think there's a way to obtain that information from this program, unfortunately. I put a request in on the suggestions/feedback forum for Amino Acid/nucleotide information/ linkouts to prospective functional domains (SH2 etc.), but no one has noticed it as of yet. Hopefully someone will take the question seriously, because I find this stuff quite intersting. Hey, bring the topic back up to the top of the forum by responding to it over there. ;-) Justin |
