Challenge Creation Issue

I just tried to create a challenge and had to select a specific project rather than 'all projects'. I was told there was a problem with the project when trying to create it using all projects. I don't know if it's just my box, if I'm doing something wrong, or if there's something wrong with the feature that allows us to specify a project when challenging other teams.

We had fixed this problem, but with the new project releases, it appears that the change didn't get merged properly. We'll go back to make sure it gets fixed again.
