Re: The Help Cure Muscular Dystrophy Crunching Chart

Then grand-child tasks will have to be the preferred reporting... the batch numbers a flying by. CMD2 together with HCC are top share takers last few days, a finishing line being smelled no doubt, but it could be the techs doing their Thursday tuning that shifted this a bit. Month to date, we've got 5 sciences all sitting just before or over the 1200 CPU years mark.

I got an 1884 great-grandchild! Looks like it'll take about an hour. :)

News from the Crunching Field

Just loaded :
- a spoonful (12) of grand-grandchildren with batch numbers 1878, 1891, 1895, 1898, 1899, 1903, 1915 and 1935
- a bunch of grandchildren from the 1951 and 1952 batches
and earlier this morning, one 1958 parent.

We should start crunching the last 500 batches (starting with batch 1968) pretty soon now. smile

Cheers all!

Edit: It was not 15 grand-grandchildren but only 12, and 2 other repair jobs.

Re: News from the Crunching Field

Great current batch crunching update!

I've tweaked the error rate factor a bit from knreed's post, which indicates that true failures are much lower than thought before [not half], so we skipped about 0.4% forward [unofficial of course]. 500 of 2467 is like almost 20% left, the lighter stuff compared to early work, which does put the gear-stick in the R of ''Racing'' position ;P

Crunch On

Re: News from the Crunching Field

For the Friday update: The latest loaded batch is a 1956 parent. I saw JM Boullier already had a 1958 parent.

Cheers

Re: News from the Crunching Field

And now... two 1959 parents are in queue in my slower devices, for a reporting tomorrow morning.
Batch numbers are flying fast now that we are processing the smaller ones.

PS: The 12 grand-grandchildren in my quad have all been reported just in time for the midday update. smile

Now, if only Nico_Bard would give us his numbers :O)

Great- or grand- or grand-grand, working to give the kids a greater chance of survival.

Re: News from the Crunching Field

My latest are all children: 1942, 1952, 1957, 1960. It looks like most of them finished to completion.
