I want to select the project for the Influenza to be the only project to work on, How can I do this. I set my profiles to show Influenza as the only one checked off.

Guessing "I set my profiles to show Influenza as the only one checked off." means you found the spot in My Grid > My Projects. Just save and all your device profiles will also just run send you this project, long as there is work for it.
