This WU dddt1102a0008_100003_0 after 9h of computation arrives at 80%, then restart form 0, resuming computation... Is this normal? Thank you.

This is definately not normal. On rare occasions there are "looping" WUs and unfortunately it appears that you have one. I would abort the WU but you might want to wait to see if a CA suggests otherwise.

Hi Morris83,
If the progress slipped from 80% to near zero, then I might let the work unit run on my machine just to see what it would do for its next trick, but I could abort it with a clear conscience. Lawrence |

The log is very long, but I don't see errors, it 'doing "LAMARCKIAN GENETIC ALGORITHM DOCKING"; it finishes a docking about every two minutes now it's finisching 34.
