How do you change the team captain from one person to another?

The team captain quits the team, the new captain clicks on the button to become captain. The old captain can then rejoin the team. |

And what do you do when you find out that the team captain is simply gone?
That happened to me. After a couple of months joining my first team, I realized that the captain never participated on any challenges, and then I realized that his last sent result was from June/2006 (It was 2008 by then). My solution was to change teams... |
