Thanks, all. Still scrambling for people to drive me to the follow up appointments. Hospitals seem to think we all have families that can take off weeks at a time from work. And my main ride just had a car accident and has to take her car in for repair. Argh!!!

I have noticed the same thing in that hospitals expect you to have a whole support structure for when you leave (and have to keep coming back).
