They'll not go anywhere
- as long as you have clean sheets, folding - well, you could skip it for once and enjoy yourself - will speed up your recovery, which seems to go well |

There's something about clean sheets...perhaps the fantasy of who one would wish on them!

Alright SeriousCrunchers...It's time to get back to work!!! So much for coffee, Gardens and being sick!!!!
----------------------------------------Captain Ghost Plane...permission to speak?...Time for another Challenge!!! I'll admit that I've been slacking this Summer, it's cooling down and I'm ready to fire up the afterburners and "Getter Done"! As of this post SC is team #222 @ WCG.....according to FreeDC Stats 8/21/11 Is this the best we can do? GP is team ranked #10 with a measly half million plus change (a year ago she only had 50K)!! I've slipped into the Team Ranking #2 slot (with 1.8 million) running only a few Cores (when I fire them back up after a heat shutdown) I see no reason SC shouldn't be able to break into the top 100 teams at WCG!! ![]() ![]() |

Seems the single core I gave away is rarely turned on, so not uploading. Down to 2 running intermittantly at the moment due to $300+ electric bills + PersianOne crashing from heat issues.
Discovered the periodic appearance of the WCG open/snooze/about/exit window was a function of Flash and uninstalling/reinstalling Flash per Windoze recommendation has NOT fixed it. Every time I'm notified of a new email, I get the WCG window. Sigh... Keeping an eye on Irene. If she heads this way, I won't be crunching at all. Hurricanes and crunching are not compatible. Hey, Sport, PM me and let me know what you want me to do about the dead Shiney. |

GP as soon as I can sort out the Lappies I'll find my version of Shiney... remove all the heavy stuff....Battery and Opticle drive (shipping costs) and send it to you; you already have all the expensive shipped things, then we can get you back up and running!
----------------------------------------Sorry to keep you hanging, but I haven't been myself lately @ TLD will probably be a 2 or 3 weeks before I'm able to go 100%, too many machines in mothballs and/or removed from service for now/indefinetly (Still got an eye on building a 6 Core AMD machine) ![]() ![]() |

No rush. I'm on restrictions until at least the 31st myself per doc's orders. Glad you're back to fool with it!

Had to do a BOINC uninstall on this machine. Exhausted switching the popup window off every 30 seconds and hoping a registry clean followed by an eventual reinstall will fix the pest.
