1 on windows and 2 on Linux machines.

Lucky you. In my case, 2 out of 3 turned inconclusive, only one validated. Now waiting for two other to complete ...

Mine are valid too, but got two CEP Beta's of the A-type that were too late. All WU's in the quorum were too late. confused

At 18 hours deadline, these BETA's were bound to push to the very front ;>)

Rule for BOINC is: If client scheduler thinks it wont get finished 24 hours before deadline, put task front in queue on FIFO basis and process high priority. Project switching is suspended.

The latest alpha clients in test will also look if tasks are overdue and cancel them if not yet started. This ends risking of missing credit too and return client quicker to normal operation state. Also better for server side (batch completion) and certainly will stop hording way too many jobs in a queue manipulating cache sizes. Side effect, more people get a chance at receiving a beta... and after all, the object is to complete beta in the shortest time over the widest range of devices.
