Since your recent web site updates, our member status link no longer works:

This is the address that works for me in Firefox

Our standard WCG widget on our web site generates a link to viewMemberInfo. Your viewMemberInfo link works fine:

There is really a problem with the username : KLT Associates

So the username is found by the website, but, an error appened. After, what's the error ? I don't know. We joined WCG a little less than 4 months ago as "KLT Associates". We have always logged into www.worldcommunitygrid.org as "KLT Associates", and still do. Our web site contains the standard widget that we got from your "Create Widget" application. The link that your widget generates to our viewMemberInfo worked for 3 months. The link that your widget generates to our viewMemberInfo stopped working after your latest changes to your website. Your widget correctly reports that we have donated 2 years, 320 days, 5 hours of Run Time to WCG in those 4 months. Your viewMemberInfo app correctly identifies "KLT Associates" and "KLT%20Associates" and "KLT+Associates" as a member, but then has some other error.
We just went again to your Create Widget page and created our widget, and then clicked on our name link (all inside your web site) and we get the same error. There is nothing KLT Associates can do to fix this. Could you please pass this problem on to your web site development/maintenance team? Thanks. |

I have the same problem ...

What happens if you replace the widget line with
----------------------------------------www.worldcommunitygrid.org/stat/viewCompareMembers.do?userNames[0].value=Snow+Crash with or without the http:// prefix? Was reported in back room, so it will be dealt with. cheers

The standard WCG widget does not contain a call to viewMemberInfo that we could replace with any other call. The widget invokes an app on the WCG web site that initiates the call to viewMemberInfo. There is a bug in your web site !!!
