Unlikely. Autodock is used by two other projects.

Do you have a problem with zombie processes? I remember this being reported some time ago. The zombie processes hang on to shared memory segments, and you run out.

It would be valuable to know whether you are hitting the system limit or the per-process limit.

Did you reboot after upgrading BOINC? The old version you had suffered from a bug where shared memory wasn't released properly when you exit BOINC, so I'm afraid a reboot is necessary.

I did not reboot until after downloading the new wu's and seeing this. I have since rebooted but have not downloaded any new wu's yet. I will tomorrow and let you know what happens.
