Is there a way to remove a 'device installation' from My Grid? I currently only have the agent installed and running on 2 machines; yet My Grid shows 4 (reimaged one machine with a new name, and uninstalled the agent from my laptop). This data can be a little deceiving unless we can change it...

This can't be done at present, although there are plans to change the displayed "installed device count" to active rather than total devices.
The Device Manager pages already filter out older devices. |

Hi MilkWasABadChoice,
As Didactylos says, the old devices will disappear from the device list after 2 weeks without returning a result, but using the drop-down menu to show older installations will show them again since they are still on the list. Lawrence |
