I have noted that the membership of the Tribalwar.com team have been very active here in the Team forums and, from what I can gather here, there are quite a few very highly skilled people among your members. This was even more apparent when I looked at your own forums and saw posts where some of you were assisting other Tribalwar.com members in resolving problems.

I wanted to invite those of you that can help people with technical issues to visit the "New Members Forum" and the "Member-to-Member Support" forums once in a while. There are at present only four Community Admins and that is the role that we play in the forums -- providing technical assistance to members (we are not "Forum Moderators" as some may have presumed from their experiences with "Admins" in other forums -- that task is performed by the WCG Project Team at IBM). Assisting the members of the WCG is very gratifying, but we don't have all of the answers and, sometimes we aren't available at the time a member needs help. Perhaps some of you might find you enjoy helping other WCG members too. If you do it a lot, you might even find yourself getting an invite to join us as a Community Admin someday.

Thank you all for the contribution you are already making to the WCG and I hope to see you in the other forums soon.
