I am planning to install it on all the computers in our offices and houses. Using the same username. Is it possible. I am facing some difficulties using the same username on two pcs. Does WCG support hibernation. Or things go wrong in such scenario.

It works pretty much OK. I have 9 computers that are running on different locations, operating systems and networks that are using my username without any issues... |

Just register as an existing user and supply the name & password...

Thank you.There is a difference between your user name on the computer itself (and therefore your network etc) and the user name in BOINC. The other replies refer to the BOINC user name which you supply, together with the password when attaching to the project, using the BOINC manager. In this case you can attach as many computers as you like under the same BOINC project user name. ![]()
