oh no! after it repeatedly maimed (and so h says in the end killed) my last laptop the distributed computer thing went fine for months...and now it makes my (1 year old) laptop behave strangely again it makes a really loud noise not just when left on too long actually about a minute after I start up the BOINC application and stops about 20 seconds after I shut it down :( ideas anyone? Noise from a lap top would possibly be the hard drive protesting (? A whirring whizzing Noise?) Failing any proper advice from folks in here I would get it to a repair shop for practical help |

At work we have lost one hive from four haven't spoken to the bee lady to find out why yet ........  .So nice to see the Greens of the trees flushing different shades as they come into leaf ...... Impact adjustment would often be my cure for this malady Very non tech but sometimes works, sits things down  Just How far south does scribbles venture ??? Milton Keynes ? Dorset ----- IOW????
