 Good morning all .................It's Friday hooray.... fish 'n' chips for supper. Actually I'm out this evening to a Regiment Dinner at a place called Steppers Bridge in Warwickshire, a delightful place I thoroughly recommend it for any one who has a special occasion to celebrate. Morning everyone, enjoy the meal Tony, I did the same a couple of weeks ago at York Garrison, super meal, and were entertained by the Corps of Drums afterward, next is due in September with the Aden Veterans Nottingham this year. (Providing I pass my MOT of course!)

Oh to have the time to take up a hobby. I can't help thinking : "It's already Friday - where did the week go?"
  At least I should have most things done, so I can put my feet up a little over the weekend.  |

morning all..
----------------------------------------Minor triumph with a quite expensive combination lock I fitted at work I Left instructions on how to set numbers for confidentiality reasons I also demonstrated how to do it . Only to be told two days later The combination had been changed and they were now unable to get into the door as they had changed it while door was shut  Special screws secured lock Managed to remove lock eventually and sat last night working out where combination was wrong you might well have heard my cry of Eureka!!!! several streets away. |

Oh to have the time to take up a hobby. I can't help thinking : "It's already Friday - where did the week go?" At least I should have most things done, so I can put my feet up a little over the weekend. A hobby is I think something you do and get some pleasure from but don't get any financial reward for. So photography, Gardening, travel, Cycling & computing and so on come into the mix.You can refine those a little into those you do and (the edges are a little blurred here) those you need to do such as gardening. What ever it is , at your retirement there will still not be any more hours in the day nor days in week and you will wonder how there was any time to go to work You need Look no further than our leader who has an obscure hobby of visiting medical establishments likewise Merle  |
