Spoke to Ted and it would appear that his hard drive has been partitioned into a number of drives and whatever we tryWCG does not download as expected, it also seems impossible to uninstall the previous version as it is 'lost' somewhere in one of the 'new' partitions.....his tame expert will be returning in the future and will be able to help as you really need to be on the PC rather that at the end of a phone....
