08/02/2009 08:45:29|World Community Grid|Sending scheduler request: To fetch work. Requesting 129600 seconds of work, reporting 0 completed tasks When i tried to search forums i got: The error messsage is: Cannot access the lucene search index. Please report this error to web site Administrator (check mvnForumHome or rebuild Lucene index). Did i miss something? I know there was outage. [edit] It's OK now, the BOINC Client got new job after 1 hour. [Edit 1 times, last edit by AmpliDude at Feb 8, 2009 8:56:10 AM] |

What you saw was part of the *outage experience* and as you noted everything appears to be working now. It appears that the stats update may have been corrected also ... we will know in an hour or so.

The Lucense index message is a result of the forum search index being broken (see other current thread) and as observed by StevenPaul, it looks like the boot applied a further patch to get the stats to run correctly timed. But, maybe the decision was made to roll back the patches. Things are up and work is flowing most importantly.
